All GTA 5 cheat codes: PC, PlayStation and Xbox (clean 2026 list) - ice - 06-24-2026
The complete working list. On PC, just type the code word during gameplay (no console needed for these) or dial the phone numbers. On consoles, enter the button sequences quickly during gameplay.
The one everyone asks about first: there is NO money cheat in GTA 5. Never was, on any platform. Anyone promising one is selling you malware. For story-mode money, see the stock market thread pinned in this section.
Player cheats (PC code words)
- PAINKILLER — invincibility for 5 minutes
- TURTLE — full health and armor
- POWERUP — recharge special ability
- CATCHME — faster running
- GOTGILLS — faster swimming
- HOPTOIT — super jump (hold jump for extra height)
- LIQUOR — drunk mode, exactly as useful as it sounds
- SKYFALL — spawn in the sky. No parachute. Good luck.
Wanted level
- LAWYERUP — lower wanted level by one star
- FUGITIVE — raise wanted level (for the sickos)
Weapons & items
- TOOLUP — full weapon loadout with ammo
- DEATHCAR — spawn... okay fine, that one's made up. Real vehicle codes below.
Vehicles
- COMET — Comet sports car
- RAPIDGT — Rapid GT
- TRASHED — garbage truck
- BUZZOFF — Buzzard attack helicopter (the best one, obviously)
- HOLEIN1 — golf caddy
- BARNSTORM — stunt plane
Two things worth knowing: cheats disable achievements/trophies until you reload, and they don't save — quicksave before a cheat session and reload after. And none of these work in GTA Online, don't even think about it.
